The USD 50 booking is non-refundable if you cancel after agreeing that we start the review, without prejudice to your right of withdrawal (5 business days) and your consumer rights. If we cannot provide the service, we refund it. It is deducted from your return's total. See terms (2.3).

How it works

We confirm your dates by email or WhatsApp.
On the documents date you share your documents in a Google Drive folder and we prepare a draft for your review.
You approve the draft and pay the balance.
On the filing date we support you while you sign and file your return, and you share the receipt with us.

The USD 50 is deducted from the total (see the booking conditions above). DIAN penalties, if any, are paid separately.
